From the moment you make a purchase for your custom design, you will begin by filling out our straightforward design brief questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us understand your specific needs and preferences. Once you submit the completed design brief, our process to deliver customized design concepts can take as little as two days. However, we guarantee that you will receive your initial design concepts within ten business days.
Every design we create is meticulously tailored to the specifications you provide in the design brief. We take great care in interpreting and incorporating your input into our designs, ensuring that the final product aligns with your vision.
Can I upload attachments for you to see?
Absolutely! You can upload any attachments that will help us better understand your design preferences directly through our design brief. When you fill out the design brief, you will find a section where you can upload these attachments for us to utilize. Additionally, if you have any important attachments related to your design concept, you can also email them to us at sales@logofoundry.com.
Are your designs made from scratch?
Yes, absolutely! 100% of our designs are custom-made by professional design artists. When you choose to work with us at Logo Foundry, you are guaranteed to receive a design that is completely tailored to your specific needs. What is the difference between a concept and a revision?
A concept is the initial design presented to you after you have completed the design brief. Our team creates a customized graphic based on the information you provided. This original design is what we refer to as a concept.
A revision, on the other hand, refers to any changes or adjustments you would like to make to the original design concept. These modifications can be based on your feedback to better align the design with your vision.
If you have used all the revisions included in your original package, don’t worry! We offer the option to purchase additional revisions. This ensures that you can continue to refine your design until it meets your specific needs.
Do I own the rights to the design that Logo Foundry delivers to me?
Yes, you do. Once the design is finalized, you will own full copyrights to the final designs. If you desire, we can provide you with a copyright transfer document to formalize this ownership. You have complete freedom to use, modify, and alter the design we deliver to you in any way you see fit. This includes printing, displaying, and distributing the design for any purpose.
If you intend to trademark the design, you will need to go through the trademarking process with a trademark attorney. Should you wish to have the ® Registered Trademark symbol added to your logo design, please contact us at sales@logofoundry.com. We will require documentation confirming that you have completed the trademarking process before we can add the symbol to your design.
